Sand ripples/incoming tide

This is a 4 1/2 x 10 horizontal photograph taken of ripples within the sand formed as the tide ebbs and flows. It was taken in the early morning at Popham Beach, Maine. It is surrounded with a double mat of white and charcoal gray and framed with silver ornate wood, 18 1/4 x 12 7/8.
